When a company first decides to offer music for productions, they first research what kind of music would be the best for the project. It would be a good idea to consider how well the music matches with the overall production style. In general, the more original the music is, the better.

After choosing the music, the company will begin to arrange it. If a specific number of songs are needed, there may be a bidding process. A company will be given the option to bid on songs and will also have the chance to negotiate the best price and terms of payment. The company will have to pay royalty fees as well if it wishes to release the music commercially.
